SKI & SNOWSHOE TOURS

Ski and snowshoe tours begin at various start times (check tour descriptions below for your start time). Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour to register, purchase your trail pass from the Nordic Center, get your gear in order and meet your group. All tours will return to the Nordic Center around 4 pm for après ski celebrations.

Tour 1: Intermediates go into the hills:  Backcountry tour to a selection of easier Bolton glades and some lesser-used trails.  Intermediate. Tour leaves at 1 pm.

Tour 2: Advanced backcountry skiers go high:  Participants should be advanced skiers comfortable with making off trail tele turns.  Advanced. Tour leaves at 1 pm.

Tour 3: Float through the woods on snowshoes:  Join a tour combing flats, straight up hills, slight inclines and knee bending downhills.  Course will include ungroomed trails.  Exact route to be determined based on skills and participant input. Tour leaves at 2 pm.

Tour 4: Classic ski romp: Tour Bolton’s groomed trails on skinny skis.  Skiers should be confident skiing all Bolton groomed trails at a good pace.  Intermediate to advanced. Tour leaves at 1 pm.

Tour 5: Choose your own adventure: Venture out on Bolton's trails for your own skiing or snowshoe adventure for the afternoon. No tour leader provided, just enjoy the trails on your own and meet us back at the Nordic Center for food and celebrations at 4 pm.

Tour 6: Cozy inside: Relax at the Nordic Center, put your feet up, and wait for the party to begin!
